CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:
Please note that we highly recommend Travel Insurance to all guests.

 7-day cancellation policy: Guests can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the cost of the first night 7 days prior to arrival or if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Exceptions: Easter | Noosa Triathlon Weekend | Christmas/New Year | School holidays | Public holidays | Group bookings – Cancellation or Amendment of bookings 14 days or more prior to arrival – Free. You’ll be charged a non-refundable prepayment of the cost of the first night 14 days prior to your arrival date. Pre-payment – you’ll be charged the total cost of the reservation 7 days before arrival.

If a cancellation is mutually agreed by the guest and the property within the policy period – There will be no refund unless and until the apartment can be re-let for the total period of the original booking.

A cancelation fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit before a refund is made. No Refunds will be issued to guests that are a ‘no-show’ or already in-house.

2.76% surcharge applies to AMEX payments.
